Attached is an exhibit showing the area of drainage easement based on
the current design. We originally showed the drainage easement when we
were extending the gabion further upstream to tie into the existing
gabion. Once the design changed, the easement upstream was removed, but
we will need an easement in this area.
Take a look and let me know your thoughts. Like I said on the phone,
