ST0301C-CS140312Thanks George. There is a note on the first plan sheet for “Verizon
aerial to be removed”. Based on our field visits, it appears there is
new Verizon line on the south side of Bethel going east of Mitchell.
Mike Cook with Verizon told us to check with the City for the permit.
We are just trying to make sure we aren’t hitting anything, especially
if it’s recently been installed. We are going to follow up with Verizon
to see if they have information east of Mitchell, but if there is a
separate permit for this area, let me know.

Keith/George,
Based on our site visit, there appears to be new Verizon fiber all
along Bethel from Mitchell to the bridge. The permit I reviewed a few
months ago and the one you sent me do not show this installation. We
called over and talked with Mike Cook with Verizon to see if he would be
able to provide us the as-builts along Bethel since the attached permit
only covers the Mitchell/Bethel intersection of our project. He told us
that there should be a permit for the new fiber that was installed along
our alignment that would be more accurate than what he could provide us,
so he recommended that we contact the City for the associated permit.
Would you have that permit, if separate, available?
