To Whom It May Concern:
The drainage conditions have been modified betw~ 844 Deforest Road and 848 Deforest Road located in
COPI~ll, Texas by eliminating a natural swell located on 848 Deforest Road. The swell had allowed the
water from 844 Deforest Road to drain from West to East across the Southwest comer of 848 Deforest
Road.
The drainage path will be modified during the development of 848 Deforest Road for a 17 home residential
subdivision known as Deforest Court per the specifications indicated on the Storm Sewer Plan ( Sheet
STM-1 ) dated April 04, 2001 engineered by HalffAssociates attached and made a part of this document as
Exhibit "A". The 848 Deforest Road property has been modified in accordance with the Federal
Emergeacy Management Act (F.E.M.A.), Army Curp of Engineers, and the City of Coppell.
The undersigned property owners acknowledge these changes, and believe that the drainage system
designed will accommodate the water that once flowed across the southwest corner of 848 Deforest Road.
The undersigned parties further agree that any future modifications that are deemed necessary by either
party will be handled exclusively by the landowners of 844 Deforest Road and the Home Owner's
Association responsible for the Deforest Court Subdivision located on the 848 Deforest Road property.
