George,
I have attached the first of two letter agreements.
I am currently preparing the second agreement, for Denton Tap & Bethel
School Road intersection.
Please let me know if you have comments or changes to this scope. I
did not include any meetings or presentations yet, so please note if you
would like to add any items not specifically included. GRAM NTX says
that they can get the data collected in October if we let them know by
next week, so I think the schedule is realistic.
