I and my staff have looked at the plans and the design is more detailed
and should not cause any problems downstream. I'm glad to hear that the
developer is willing to work with you and cut the swale. If you have and
questions during construction don't hesitate to contact us.

Hello Ken,
Did you review the revised plans and are you comfortable with
them? We met with the developer and they have agreed to cut a swale
from the west pond to the sidewalk leading to the spillway. They are
saying work should start in the beginning of November.

I spoke to Jeff Kelley, Assistant City Engineer, about our
concerns with the development as proposed. He stated that the plans we
had were the initial submittals and that revised plans should have more
detail and address some of our concerns. He is in the process of
getting the design engineer to forward a complete set of revised plans
to the City of Coppell so we can take a closer look at all the details.

Hi Ken,
Were you able to setup a meeting and talk to the City of
Lewisville about the Gehan Homes project?
