Coppell Greens-CS130916For discussion purposes at our 3:30 pm meeting today,
* I have attached a revised plan. My concern about the current
design of their west pond is that it will overflow and make the flooding
that we are currently experiencing in heavy rains behind 844 to 832
Kilbridge substantially worse. I would like to consider relocating that
pond to the far west side of their property so that the overflow would
then be piped under Vista Ridge Mall Drive and into the High Point Oaks
retention pond. I am also concerned about any added volume of water
which would ultimately make its way to the creek behind 732 to 752
Kilbridge. Redirecting the water from the west pond away from our
property and into High Point Oaks detention pond would be a more
equitable sharing of the storm water.
* The millsap walls on their south property line and in the back
yards of 850 and 854 Applecross Court.
* Getting some written agreement from Gehan Homes that there will
be a continuous fence along their south property line preventing their
residents from using our greenbelts. Since they are providing their
residents no such greenbelts, that is of great concern to us.
