At this time Castellan D~velopment, LP, Excel Group, Inc. and TGR Constructors would
like to request the closing oftbe Allen Rd. and DeForest Rd. intersection in order to
complete underground utilities, previously approved. We would prefer to schedule said
closing~to begin at 7:00 A.M., Thursday, June 7t~ and end by 7:00 A.M. on Saturday,
June 9'". All appropriate barricades and detour signs, per TMUDC specifications, will be
used.
Attached is a copy of the barricade plan also showing Ingress/Egress for the affected
homeowners on DeForest and Allen streets. Should the requested dates not be available,
please noting Bryan Peck with Excel Group, Inc. as soon as possible so that we can
reschedule to your satisfaction..
