There were three accidents that occurred in the intersection of Denton
Tap Road and Fallkirk for the past five years. The earliest, in 2009,
the first unit was travelling north bound on Denton Tap and failed to
yield right of way turning left colliding into the second unit. The
next, in 2011, the first unit was exiting a private drive. Once traffic
began to move, the unit failed to yield right of way to a vehicle
already occupying the lane on Denton Tap causing a collision. The final
accident, in 2012, the first unit was south bound on Denton Tap and
failed to yield right of way turning left colliding into the second
unit.
