NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Caudill:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project on
March 30, 2015. Two hundred seventy (270) Calendar Days were bid on this project for
the completion of work. Therefore, if work begins on March 30th, then the calendar days
on the project will expire on December 25, 2015. Your construction time will officially
begin the day of commencement or March 30th, whichever is first.
