At this time Castellan Developtnent, L.P., Excel Group, Inc., and TGR Comm~tors
would like to request tbe closing of Allen R(t and DeForest Rd, intersection in order
to lower existing water lines and completion of previously ~ed utility consmtctio~
We propose to close said.intersection begmmng at 7:00 A.M., Thursday, July 19a nmi
re-open by 5:00 P.lv~, Saturday, July 21'. (All appropriate barricades and detour signs,
per TMUDC specifications, will be used.)
Water service interruption will begin on Friday, July 20 at 9:00 A.M. and will be back in
service by late afternoon the same day. I have met with Coppell Public Works for
identification of all affected homeowners and will see that proper notifica~on, in
writing will be given 24 hours in advance.
Attached is a copy of the barricade plan also showing Ingress/Egress for the affected
homeowners on DeForest and Allen streets. Should the requested dates not be available,
please notify Bryan Peck with Excel Group, Inc. as soon ns possible so that we can

Please be advised the the DeForest Road/Allen Road intersection will be closed to
thru traffic from 7'00 A.M., Thursday, July 19th until 5:00 P.M., Saturday July 21st.
This closure approved by the City of Coppell Engineering Dept., is necessary in order
to complete underground utility work related to DeForest Road improvements.
A market detour route connecting Allen Road and DeForest Road is being provided.

for any temporary inconvenience that may result.
