Re: Devonshire Retaining Wall
Dear Ms. Danesmand:
We have reviewed the plans for the Devonshire Retaining Wall along Coppell
Road submitted by Carter & Burgess, Inc. The plans are in general
conformance with accepted engineering practice; however, we recommend that
Note No. 6 be revised to clarify the spacing between the cross-ties.
This project is to be constructed in the Coppel! Road right-of-way and will
require inspection by the City's Public Works inspector. We have not yet
received a construction estimate from the engineer so that the Construction
inspection Fee can be calculated. We recommend these plans not be released
for construction until the inspection fee is paid in full.
We are available to discuss this review at Four convenience.
