Coppell Road Drainage
Dear Mr. Myer:
We are enclosing our review comments and markups for the Devonshire
Estates Offsite Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements along Coppell Road.
Please revise your plans and return the City's marked up set with your
next submittal. The marked up set and two copies of the revised plans
should be forward to Gary Hendricks at Shimek, Jacobs & Finklea.
Also, please provide us the either your estimate of the cost of the
drainage and retaining wall work or a copy of the construction contract.
The construction inspection fee in the amount of 2% of the construction
cost should be paid prior to beginning work on this project. Please
provide our office with a copy of your paid receipt.
Once the plans have been revised in accordance with our review comments,
and the construction inspection fee has been verified as paid, we will
stamp the plans approved for construction and forward a set to Building
Inspection.
