Re: Final Acceptance Devonshire Addition: City of Coppell.
Dear Mr. Davis~
We have completed the construction items on the punch list we
received from you dated 8-21-91. This includes the following:
Item #
1. Enclosed is a letter that addresses the Coppell Rd.
issues.
2. Centerline Construction has removed all areas that
have been retaining water by grinding each area.
5. Centerline Construction has removed the concrete
forms that were left on the paving sections.
4. Enclosed is a letter that addresses the Coppell Rd.

5. We have also enclosed a letter that will detail our
plans to regrade the parkways and sweep the streets and
alleys.
6. We have completed the drainage ditch along the south
side of the property by grading and installing the
grass sod as we agreed to.
7. We have also enclosed a letter that will detail our

8. We have installed grass sod at the end of street for
erosion protection.

the inlets on this project.

replaced the area of asphalt that failed.

around the inlets and Centerline Construction has
sealed these areas.

14. Centerline Construction has repaired the chips in
the concrete paving.
15. Centerline Construction has sealed between the
concrete and asphalt areas.
16. Centerline Construction has router and sealed the
random cracking areas.
17. Murray Construction has replaced the inlet lids in
the project with the correct lids.
18. Centerline Construction has router and sealed the
random cracking areas.
19. Centerline Construction has sealed all the
expansion joint areas to insure that they are within
the .25 inch maximum depth.
20. Centerline Construction has repaired the sealant at
the redwood ~oints.
21. Centerline Construction has rooter and sealed the
random cracking areas.
22. Centerline Construction has sealed the areas around
the inlets within the project.
25-25. Centerline Construction has router and sealed
the random cracking areas.
26. Centerline Construction has sealed and grout the
manholes within the paving sections.

Murray Construction and Centerline Construction has posted
their maintenance bonds as per the requirements of the City
of Coppell. We have also paid all the City of Coppell fees
associated with this project.
Therefore, Pulte Homes of Texas and G Development Inc.
respectfully request the Final Acceptance of the following
lots:
1-15, Block A
1-41, block B
of the Devonshire Subdivision, City of Coppell.
