Dear Mr. Davis,
G Development Inc. will guarantee to the City of Coppell that
we will install the Landscaping, Screening Wall, and Drainage
Improvements along Coppell Road adjacent to our Devonshire
Subdivision. The construction of these improvements will
begin as soon as an acceptable design to all parties involved
is approved by the City of Coppell.
Until the completion the these improvements are completed we
will agree not to build upon lots block and lot block.
