The following is a punchlist of items to be completed.
1. Discharge storm sewer pipe,, enter ditch on NW Corner of property,
needs headwall and rip rap.
2. Water may stand in cul-de-sac around SS lid creating infiltration
problems.
3. Remove forms at Allen transition to radius.
4. Far bank of ditch on Coppell Road was sharp drop to alley erosion
protection needed.
5. Dress up of dirt needed.
6. Drainage ditch/channel incomplete.
7. Sink hole along edge of alley - N. side - possibly TU bore pit.
8. Erosion protection needed at alley and street termination unless
development guaranteed soon.
* TU trenches appear uncompacted.
9. Backfill needed around curb inlets.
10. Large failure in asphalt.
, If street is intended for thru alley section across street will
require removal later.
11. Remove form.
12. Backfill and seal around grate inlet also alley N. edge need dirt
dressed out.
13. Remove form at alley radius transition.
14. Chip in concrete NE paver lug.

15. Concrete to asphalt needs sealed.
16. Extensive random cracking occurring in 3rd and 4th, 5th and 6th
panels east of paver band south side.
17. Check curb inlet lid locking mechanisms.
18. Random cracks first panel west side in cul-de-sac.
19. Sealant to low - Check all joints to insure maximum depth of 1/4"
20. Seal at redwood not adhered to concrete.
21. Large random crack in north panel at 464.
22. Seal around curb inlet.
23. Random crack corner of panel at.
24. Random crack in panel of alley.
25. Random crack - SE edge of cul-de-sac.
· Street and alleys need to be swept.
26. Seal and grout manholes in paving section.
