As you can see by the attached list of punch items, this developer
was not in any way, shape or form ready for this walk-thru.
Several of these items should have been addressed through the
regular inspection cycle and corrected prior to Public Works being
brought into the loop. With the limited resources that we
currently work under, these lengthy walk-thrus are counter
productive.
Please work with us to limit these unnecessary reviews and if you
have any questions, please contact me.
