Debris to be cleaned.
Sod to be rolled out.
A new rut took place at the same location and damaged the new sod.. any suggestions on how to avoid
this going forward?

Good Afternoon Mr. Ken Griffin,
My name is Roxana Portillo, I am the HOA Manager for Arbor Manors in
Coppell. I have been working with Rick O’dell from the City, and the contactors
Tiseo and Superscapes regarding the Sandy Lake entrance. I communicated the
lighting situation to them earlier on and confirmed later that they had missed the
coach lights. I have attached the invoice from our electrician that went out to
properly light up the community. Please let me know if you have additional
questions or concerns.
