Great, thanks so much for taking care of the invoice. The last I heard
was that Royce was over at Arbor on Wednesday and the Sod was put down
but not rolled out. He said he spoke to the sod guys and they would go
back, but just didn’t have a specific date. I will most likely drive by
there this afternoon and I can verify with you if that is still pending.

My name is Roxana Portillo, I am the HOA Manager for Arbor
Manors in Coppell. I have been working with Rick O’dell from the City,
and the contactors Tiseo and Superscapes regarding the Sandy Lake
entrance. I communicated the lighting situation to them earlier on and
confirmed later that they had missed the coach lights. I have attached
the invoice from our electrician that went out to properly light up the
community. Please let me know if you have additional questions or
concerns.
