Winding Hollow constructionHi Mr Marvin, Thank you for your time on the phone earlier today to discuss my concerns about the current construction on Sandy Lake Rd and Winding Hollow. Please find attached a photo of the retaining wall that has collapsed and the tree limbs and debris that is blocking the drainage of water causing the water to stagnate. Also, to summarize my comments on the phone earlier; 1. I am concerned that the construction crew is not replacing the Road Closed barrier at the 4 way intersection and I see cars driving through there every night. 2. I would like to see a review of adding a permanent 4 way stop sign at Sandy Lake and Winding Hollow. I live in The Woodlands and it used to be very difficult to get across 2 lanes of traffic, I'm certain it will be more of a challenge to safely cross 4 lanes of traffic. We don't have another option to leave our neighborhood. 3. We also discussed the retaining wall that has collapsed near the new Sandy Lake bridge and you had stated the contractor is aware of that and has plans to replace. Do you know when that is expected to be re-done? 4. We discussed the debris that collects in the creek area parallel to our neighborhood. You said the city is responsible for cleaning up large trees and limbs that are down, but leaves are not cleaned out. I will also send you the photo of the Road Closed barrier I was discussing too.
