Dear Mr. Garza:
Prologis would like to request a variance to use 3500 psi concrete with #3 bars instead of the 3600 psi
concrete with #4 bars required per the City comments. Per the Geotech report provided by Rone
Engineering (Project No. 14-19770) all pavement sections have a recommended pavement strength of
3500 psi and rebar of #3 bars spaced at a maximum of 18 inches on centers.
