Albert (469-576-1458) will be the inspector and he can meet the contractor onsite to discuss the rules of Coppell. The attached permit along with the 2% inspection fee should be submitted prior to Albert meeting the contractor onsite. You can use an extra inch of concrete instead of lime, submit me a letter asking for a variance. Please submit 3 sets of drawings for our use and however many the contractor needs so that we can stamp them.
