Attached is a variance letter requesting the use of 7” thick concrete and no lime subgrade in lieu of 6” concrete over
lime stabilized subgrade for the access drive in Arbor Manors. Please review and let me know if you approve. Once I
receive approval, I will get the appropriate number of copies to you for stamping and construction.

Matt,
We do not have to have a pre-con. Albert (469-576-1458) will be the inspector and he can meet the contractor onsite to
discuss the rules of Coppell. The attached permit along with the 2% inspection fee should be submitted prior to Albert
meeting the contractor onsite. You can use an extra inch of concrete instead of lime, submit me a letter asking for a
variance.
Please submit 3 sets of drawings for our use and however many the contractor needs so that we can stamp them.
