Arbor Manors-CS091006 (4) Michelle Matunas From:Casey Ross <cross@daa-civil.com> Sent:Tuesday, October 06, 2009 5:13 PM To:Keith Marvin Cc:Michael Garza; Matt Alexander Subject:Arbor Manors Sanitary Sewer Attachments:Arbor Manors San Sewer.pdf Keith, I have attached an exhibit to show all of the existing flow line elevations of the sanitary sewer lines in Sandy Lake Road as well as the sanitary sewer line just to the west of our property. The flow line where Line “J” connects to the existing line is 476.29. The elevation out of the manhole downstream is 477.00. This will result in 0.71’ of standing water in the manhole at the downstream end of Line “J”. The lowest finish pad on the job is at an elevation of 491.1. This is well above the 477.00. The rim elevation of the manhole at the downstream end of Line “J” is 484.00. There should not be any sewage coming out of the manhole. The flow line out of the manhole downstream and to the west of the 477.00 manhole is 476.11 (not pictured on the exhibit) which shows positive drainage between the two. Please review and let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information. Thanks, Casey Ross, P.E.
