Mike,
There is an old Utility Easement along the west side of Arbor Manors (Vol. 73178, Page 1404) that we would like to
abandon. There was a sanitary sewer line in that easement, but it is no longer there. I know that with the easement
abandonment on Chateaus of Coppell, you used the old dedication exhibits as the abandonment exhibits, but in this
case, the dedication exhibit is so old that I’m not sure you want to use it. Would you like us to create our own
abandonment field notes and exhibit? Please let me know your thoughts and when we would be able to make a City
Council date for the abandonment.
