The Alpha technician traveled to the above referenced site to monitor ongoing work and perform field testing as requested.
— Subgrade soils were dry in areas where roots were found and removed. Areas along eastside of Block F; Lots 16, 17 and
18 were dry to moist because less roots existed in this area. Excessive roots were found on southside of Westhaven Phase
II site.

— Area of Block E; Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16 has been excavated to depths of 2½" to 3". The excavated soils were replaced
