The Alpha technician traveled to the above referenced site to monitor ongoing work and perform field testing as requested.
Area of Block F, Lots 11 through 15 have been excavated from 4-5'. Area of Block F, Lots 19 through 27 have been excavated
from 5-6'. No trash, lots of roots. Took most of roots out and placed soil that had lots of roots in open area of Block D, Lot 3X.
Material excavated from these areas was extremely dry from all the tress in the area. Replaced soil according to the project
specification. Contractor is excavating area at same time within streets and open areas.
