See below correspondence concerning the LOMR. The city will assist with the data requested.
The best information I have available for the location of the levee is the 2001 city-wide topography. If your engineer
surveyed the levee during the design of the subdivision, that information may be more accurate than what I have. See
attached photo. Please advise if you have more accurate information to pass on.

Mr. Marvin,
We have initiated a LOMR to correct the location of this levee as we have discussed previously. The FEMA Case No. is
13-06-1947P.
I was wondering if you could help us out with a couple things.
1.I was wondering if you have spatial data (such as GIS files) that shows the levee location. If you do, would you
be able to provide that to me? If not we can adjust the location of the levee based on areal imagery, but it
might not be quite as accurate.
2.We will need to send notification letters for anyone who will have the floodway and/or floodplain changed on
their property. We can draft the letter. Would you be able to identify the property owners and distribute it?
