Staff performed a partial walk thru and found the following deficiencies:
- Clean streets - where necessary
- Seal curbs at construction joints (Redwood)
- Check all joint seals - bring sealer up to 1/8" from top
- Seal asphalt/concrete transition
Please note the following:
Several alley returns have not been poured yet and the pavers at the
entrance could not be inspected because they were covered with sand. All
items noted will be part of the final walk-thru of the subdivision as a
whole.
