I am the Civil Engineer for the Coppell Urgent Care Center which is planned to be on lots 3 and 4 of Block A in the attached PDF (Vista Ridge). I have a couple of questions: 1)The development will be on both lots 3 and 4 which will be purchased by my Client. Could he purchase the lots by metes and bounds and not have to plat. We will not be abandoning any easements and there will be no public infrastructure. Do we need to plat? 2)If you have them, I would like to see any sheets from the Vista Ridge plan set that show the following: a.Storm sewer plan and profile sheets and drainage calculations (either on the plan sheets or a drainage report) so I can see where the storm water was master planned to go b.Any sheets that show existing contours for lots 3 and 4 c.Any sheets that show the paving and grading plan for lots 3 and 4 I know these are a lot of questions but I appreciate your help on this.
