On May 7, 2015 reinforcing steel was observed at the following locations:
1) Decel Lane and Median Crossing STA. 21+00 to 19+00.
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Antonio, a representative of CD Builders.
1) Clean existing concrete connection with this pooring
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted.
