RE: Coppell Life Safety Park
Plan Review Comments
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
General
1. Include the legal description on the cover page. (Coppell Service Center Lot 2R Block 1).
2. Include 3" conduits for the traffic signal operations throughout the site.
3. Remove all city details, the contractor will be required to have them onsite.
Paving Plan
4. What is your subgrade for the paving?
Drainage Plan
5. Provide the HGL on your storm profiles.
Utility Plan
6. Add an 8" valve with a one joint extension at the stub out.
7. Make the water line an 8" off of Coppell Road.
8. Use a tapping sleeve and valve rather than a tee to connect to the existing water.
9. Separate the Fire line from the domestic and irrigation lines.
There may be additional comments written on the plans that need to be addressed. Once
the necessary corrections have been made, please return this marked -up set and two
sets of revised plans to the City for review. If you have any questions or need any
additional information, please contact the Engineering Department at your convenience.
