Subject: Sandy Lake Bridge
Gentlemen,
We met with Tiseo and their bridge subcontractor today to discuss several issues regarding the bridge. One issue that they are concerned about is the decorative paving in the median.
Some of their concerns are:
1. The potential movement of the bridge from flexing or expansion/contraction damaging the multiple pieces of different concrete called for in the plan.
2. There does not appear to be a pay item in the project for this decorative concrete.
Any thoughts on either of these issues?
Thanks.
