RE: you asked me to wait for resultsMr Harter asked me to wait for the final construction, trusting the city
would live up to their word.
The city issues;
1. narrowed 101 drive & did take cement drive without my permission,
promising to restore entire entry
2. TAKING and removed frontage without permission, on Oak trail
3. did not repair sprinkler system as promised, which was tied to
easement area ..now have major foundation movement by not have automatic
system
4. did not live up to drainage plan on oak trail or sandy lake
commitment
I want in writing how Coppell Engineering plans to restore my property
and if it is contact the city attorney,
then place it in writing and I will ask for a civil suit to be brought
to the city, and my attorney fees paid.

Ms. Lawson,
All correspondence concerning your property and claims arising from the
work on Sandy Lake Road has been forwarded to our City Attorney for
review. Our attorney previously reached out to Mr. Harter to set up a
meeting, but to my knowledge that meeting has not taken place.
As long as Mr. Harter represents you in this matter, our attorney,
David Dodd, will need to speak with him prior to making contact with
you.
I would like to reiterate my offer for the four of us to sit down and
discuss your concerns and claims against the city. We would be happy to
meet at the city offices at a time that is convenient for you and Mr.
Harter.

Subject: you asked me to wait for results
Importance: High
Keith, I was asked to wait until construction finished, so now 4 months
later,
since you have pictures, the following is at issue on 101 Oak Trail;
1. DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE TO OAK TRAIL AND SANDY LAKE; ESPECIALLY OAK TRAIL
when taking land on driveway, the city contractors narrowed my entrance
to oak trail,
taking up my driveway cement to the narrow point and leaving less
access,
2. SPRINKLER SYSTEM sprinkler system was not repaired as promised and
caused my foundation to move (AUTO WATERING ALONG FOUNDATION), grass and
plants to fail;
3. OAK TRAIL curbing to end of asphalt on Oak Trail to prevent water
from cascading off of elevated oak trail into 101;
4. ACCESS access to Oak Trail, which we were told would not be limited,
is now going to be cut off from Sandy Lake heading EAST, based on no
opening in the median.
5. DRAIN on Sandy Lake which is adjacent to property has an engineering
dip in the sidewalk which allows for back up drainage (overflow) to flow
onto 101 Oak trail. this needs to be cured. 101 Oak Trail should not be
considered a drainage overflow any longer for the city of coppell.
Please send an official in writing response to the items listed above.
No further verbal promises will be accepted for repair and intent of
city of coppell engineering.
Respectfully submitted
Christina Lawson
