Landscaping and Irrigation Plans
Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
Please find enclosed 3 sets of the revised landscape plans for the Devonshire project for your rcxSew.
These drawings have been revised as requested by Pulte Homes and G Development, Inc. to reflect a
different wall detail and brick type and to remove the low entry sign from the median and place signage
on curved entry walls. In addition the landscaping and irrigation has been changed to respond to thc wall
changes.
We respectfully ask for City approval to proceed with installation of the wall and landscape improvements
as shown on these drawings.
