RE: Agenda Item for the 7/7/14 CRDC MeetingSorry, it was determined that the only amount the CRDC could be asked to fund is that which has been awarded since Oct. 1, 2013. Anything encumbered to a specific account (streets?) cannot now be changed. Was Sandy Lake awarded and P.O. issued prior to Oct 1? Sounds like a change order could be paid for by CRDC at this point, but not for previously encumbered areas of the project. Make sense?
