Agree that this time seems excessive for sidewalk. Albeit this is a
substantial change but it does not make sense that it would take 2.5
months to construct sidewalk?
Also, received your message yesterday regarding Verizon conflict.

This seems like an excessive amount of time for the scope of work
included in this change order, most of which was shown in the plans,
just not correctly shown in the bid tabulation.
Please provide additional detail for this request, or revise it to
reflect the time needed for this scope of work.

In communicating with Tiseo subs an additional time required is an
additional 75 calendar days. This work is time and labor consuming and
