Dear Ms. Daneshmand
We would like to thank you and your staff for the help with
the Devonshire Addition.
Our construction schedule plan for this development is to
complete all the excavation on both Phases. We would then
complete the utilities and paving for the Phase I section.
During the construction of Phase I we would make any
necessary improvements to Phase II to keep all drainage areas
free from standing water.
We are planning to complete the balance of Phase _.%I within
the next nine (9) months. If we can provide anv additional
