Please see comments below (and attachments) regarding the ramp
revisions at Summer Place and Whispering Hills. As noted we are also
making revisions to the pedestrian push button.
I’ve also attached a copy of the RAS review report from Bob for your

Chris,
I have revised sheets 14 and 15, attached.
We need to somehow communicate to the Contractor that the location of
the truncated domes for type 7 ramps were not shown correctly in the
plans. The Contractor shall refer to PED-12A, plan sheet 112, for
detectable warning surface location, the requirements given in PED-12A,
plan sheet 113, and section 705.1 of TAS. Do we need to prepare a change
order form or memo? Or will Keith handle that?
Robert is in the process of gathering details to address the push
button comment so we’re not ready to give everything to Keith yet. I’ll
let you know as soon as I have the details from Robert.
Thanks,
Andrew

Andrew
I spoke with Keith this morning and he asked that we send the revised
sheets directly to him. Can you send me a copy as well?

Chris,
I will be sending you revised sheets 14 and 15 to address the ramp
configuration. We will need to clarify to the Contractor the orientation
of the truncated domes for the type 7 ramps. Does the City have a change
order form they use, or how would be the best way of communicating this
to the Contractor? It should not change the construction cost or time.
I’m going to coordinate with Robert regarding the push button comment
from Bob.
Thanks,
Andrew
