N~ response to your request submitted on February 21, 1959, we have
fouwarded two (2) copies of your technical report and grading plans on the
above referenced project, to FEMA for their review and approval, and one
(1) set to Mr. Ron Morrison, Kimley-Horn arid Associates, so he can provide
an est%mate of t~me and costs regarding his review for the City of Coppell
~or ~oca] compliance.
As per our conversation, during the meeting on Tuesday, February 21, 1989,
~ indicated to you that we are developing the minimum cost of such reviews
to be $500.00, arid the maximum may be approximately $t,000.00} however,
per your request, we are awaiting the exact cost estimate from Mr.
Norrison to furnish you.
l!pon receiving Mr. Morrison's estimate, we will inform you of the exact
amount for yoar approval, and submittal of the needed funds. Since it is
necessary to approve this cost before your client submits payment. This
Iota] review has been put on hold until then. Please note that as soon as
we get your commitment to fund the local review, we can proceed with it.
