All of your comments on the referenced plans, as well as those of other City staff, have been properly
ad&esmd ~d re~d on the attach~ &a~. Other questiom and ~mments made durMg our January
29 meeting have also been addressed including references to specifications for concrete riprap; flow arrows
on storm sewer plum; indi~tion of cfs into alley flumes; addition of 6-inch curb along south sidc of Allcv
"A"; and hydromulch for the channel along the projects south side. Also attached is a copy of thc
for permission to perform ~ading work on adjacent property to the north of this project.
Mr. Steve Gee of G Development w~l be prosfding you ~th Homcoamer Association documcnts in thc
very near future. Also, at the request of Mr. Lar~ Da~Ss, a meeting between thc Contractors, thc
Engineer, and the Developer ~511 be scheduled in the near future.

to..future Coppell Road improvements. You mentmned in our meeting that you would be computing and
summarizing those fees this week. Please advise us if there is a m&-up here so that it can be rcsolvc~

With regard to your request that we consider a closed conduit drainag~ ~t~vidua~lct~'~
each lot along the projects east side, we respectfully request that we not be required to provide
system. Due to hydraulic considerations, the low flows involved (<8.4 cfs lffi-yr.), and the ovc? capacity
of the proposed design, we believe that the e~enditure for pipe and inlets does not justify any added
benefit that a closed system might proxfde in this particular application. In addition, the "open" Ilumc
system ~ ~ more emily m~t~ed by the Homeowner ~d the Ci~. ~e "closed" conduit is more likely-
to require Ci~ crews Ior cleaning and maintenance.
