Robert,
We are scheduled to begin work on Sandy Lake Road in July, and we would
like you guys to do the materials testing for us on the project. See
the link below for plans and specs. There are 2 plan sets and one spec
book.
We will have a pre-construction conference on Monday, June 24th at
10:00am at our office. We would like someone from your firm to attend.
I expect the value of this contract to be such that I will need to take
it to City Council for approval. In order to make the July 11th council
meeting, I will need your proposal by June 28th.
The construction contract has been awarded to Tiseo Paving, and Rick
O'Dell will be the inspector. Please feel free to contact Rick or I
with any questions.
