Casey,
Here are the completed TDLR forms. The file called “Project
Registration” gives the fees based on construction cost. I have the
construction cost listed as $223,165. This total is based on the
estimated cost of bid items related to sidewalk, trail, pedestrian
ramps, pedestrian rail, pedestrian signal heads, and pedestrian push
buttons. These are bid items I-23,I-24, I-31:I-35, I-41, I-142, I-143
Also, the design speed I used for Sandy Lake Phase 2B was 40 mph.
