Attached is the draft for addendum no. 2. I believe we
have covered just about every question with the exception of a few items
which are highlighted in red.
I’ve also left a few responses in red for items that we
have answered, but I wanted to draw specific attention to you for your
input.
The revised sheets have not all been turned in to me
yet, but I expect most of those by the end of the day.
We will very likely re-issue the entire bid proposal
form since so many quantities have slightly changed as a result of
further QA/QC. We’ve even had to add at least one pay item.
Monday, I would expect the final addendum will contain:
The addendum summary (7-8 pages)
Several full size plan sheets (5-10 full size sheets)
Revised proposal form (70 pages for 2A and 2B)
Please take a look at it, and feel free to comment on
anything you see that you would like revised. I will send you a final
draft as soon as I can on Monday so you can see the final version we
plan to release.
