Subject: Coppell Project Review ~ Meeting Minutes
Ken/Keith/Mike,
Thanks again for allowing us to occupy a large portion of your day last
Tuesday. As Mike noted we have made several recent changes in our staff
and subsequently assigned new team members to Coppell projects.
Tuesday’s meeting allowed us to facilitate Q&A session for each project
as well as introduce new team members.
Based on discussion at meeting we’ve developed action plan for each
project and are currently working on those tasks accordingly. Once we’ve
made headway or reached specific milestone we will distribute necessary
information and/or schedule meeting to facilitate validation/direction.
As Mike mentioned last week our goal is to ensure that the City is
receives the highest level of service. We feel that the current team
realignment will allows us to accomplish just that.
Please feel free to call on any of us if you have any questions or
needs for these project.
We look forward to working with you to move these projects to
completion!
Thanks
Chris
