Re: Final Grading and Street Cleaning for the Devonshire
Addition, City of Coppell.
Dear Mr. Davis,
G Development Inc. will guarantee to the City of Coppell that
we will regrade the Parkway areas along the streets and
alleys of the Devonshire Subdivision. We will also sweep all
streets and alleys after the grading occurs.
This work will be done after the completion of installation
of the services by Lone Star Gas, TU Electric, and GTE. We
will at the best of our abilities keep the streets and alleys
clean of siltation throughout the build out of this
subdivision.
