A FLOOR SURFACE ANALYSIS
LOCATION SURVEYED:
94011192.0001
94011192
Freeport 9
NEC Bethel & Freeport Pkwy
Irving, Texas
Slab-on-Grade, Pour #1, lines A to C and 4 to 10
APPROXIMATE AREA: 32,550 square feet
ASTM STANDARD:
ASTM E 1155
INSTRUMENT USED:
"Dipstick 2000", manufactured by Face Technologies
SAMPLING METHOD:
Point elevations were measured at regular 12 inch intervals along straight lines up to 75
feet in length. The elevation differences between all adjacent reading points, the
arithmetic differences between all adjacent 12 inch elevation differences, and the
elevation differences between all points separated 10 feet were then calculated. Estimates
of the floor's flatness and levelness F-Numbers (FF and FL) were obtained through a
statistical analysis of these calculated profile values. See attached reports for individual
measurement line results.
COMBINED OVERALL VALUE RESULTS: Combined Flatness F-Number (FF) 44.39 (45.84 - 42.95)
Combined Levelness F-Number (FO 35.96 (37.22 - 34.71)
*Based upon the number of samples taken, there is a 90% certainty that the actual F-Numbers of the surface surveyed will fall within the ranges which follow the
respective estimated Flatness and Levelness F-Numbers.
SPECIFIED LIMITS: FF - Specified Overall Value: 35
FF - Minimum Local Value: 17
FL - Specified Overall Value: 25
FL - Minimum Local Value: 13
