Dear Mr. Griffin,
We would like to escrow the amount of 10% of the construction
cost in lieu of the normal maintenance bond for the retaining
wall improvements along Coppell Road. The total amount paid to
the Contractor for the wall improvements was $15,179.94. Ten
percent of this amount for the one year escrow maintenance
period is $1,517.99 or say $1,518.00,
