Re: Devonshire Phase II Addition, City of Coppell.
Dear Mr. Griffin,
The construction of the improvements for Devonshire Phase II is
now complete. This includes the improvements to the ditch along
Coppell Road and the ditch on our south boundary. We have also
installed siltation control devices through out the subdivision
and enclosed is a check for $1,747.50 to cover the two year
maintenance escrow.
With the subdivision complete we request a City Acceptance and
a full release for building permits for the balance of
Devonshire lots not previously released.
