Field personnel completed a walk-through of the above referenced
project and have found the following items to be deficient at
this time.
1. Sra. 8+04.19 - Regrout and wipe inside manhole and
ring.
2. Main line water valve at front of project needs to be
cleaned out.
3. Sta. 3+98.03 - Regrout and wipe inside manhole and
rings.
4. Lot 56 - Reset meter can
5. Lot 54 - Reset meter can
6. Sra. 1+28.00 - Regrout and wipe inside manhole and ring
7. Sra. 9+93.00 - Same as above
8. Need chimney seals (interior) on all manholes in new
section
Please ensure that each of these items are corrected prior to
acceptance of this project.
