report (report number 9906819, dated May 21, 1999) to verify his proposed options for site
pavement are in accord with our original 8eotechnical report.. The options requested are listed
below:

$' of 4,000 psi concrete over 6" scarified and recompacted subgrade to 95% std. pro.or
6" of 3,000 psi concrete over 6' scarified and recompa~ed subgrade to 95% std. proctor

6" of 3,000 psi concrete over 6" lime stabilized subgrade
6" of 4,000 psi conereto over 6" scarified and recompacted subgrade to 95% std. pro,or
7" of 3,000 psi concrete over 6" scarified and recompacted subsrade to 95% std. proctor
The general contractor (Cooper Builders) has requested to be allowed to use 4,000 psi concrete
for both Area Paving and the Fire Lane.
Upon review of our geotechnicaI report, we have concluded that all the options listed above meet
or exceed the recommendations stated in the original geotechnical report (9906819).
