Place the plat as the second sheet in the set, directly behind the cover sheet. 2. Provide a wastewater access device at the property line for the proposed sanitary sewer line. 3. Refer to Standard Detail sheet SD-3 for the concrete pavement repair for the proposed water tap. 4. Provide a barricade or guardrail instead of the concrete parking barrier at the curb leave-out to the south. This will prevent parking on the existing vacant land south of the property. 5. The engineering department has concerns regarding whether the drop sanitary sewer manhole can be constructed. You may want to consider constructing a new drop manhole on the west side of Denton Tap and then boring across at a deeper elevation. 6. Please verify that all drainage areas flowing to the existing wye inlet are accounted for in your calculations. It appears that some off-site areas are not being considered in the excess .capacity calculations. 7. Provide hydraulic information at the existing wye inlet to verify that the existing system underneath Denton Tap Road can handle the additional runoff due to development. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been addressed, please return these marked plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for review.
